Tim Ebner (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application Pantomias (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting it.
Pantomias does not collect, transmit, or share personal data with us or with third parties.
The App works entirely on your device and uses images and audio files bundled with the App itself.
If you choose to use the scored game mode, the App stores the following information locally on your device so it can remember your setup between sessions:
This information remains on your device and is not uploaded to any server.
The App may request the following permission on Android:
This permission is used to provide haptic feedback when a turn timer expires.
The App does not request access to your photos, files, camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
Any information stored locally is used only to:
All processing happens locally on your device.
Pantomias does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, login systems, or backend services.
No data is sent to external servers by the App.
At the time of writing:
The App stores local game settings and player names on your device until you change them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
We do not operate any cloud storage or backend database for the App.
Pantomias is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children, including children under the age of 13.
If children use the App and enter player names, that information stays only on the device and is not transmitted to us.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your privacy.
Because the App does not transmit data to external servers, the risk of external data exposure is reduced. However, data stored locally on a device depends in part on the security of that device.
Because we do not collect or centrally store your personal data, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf.
If you want to remove locally stored player names or settings, you can do so by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
If you have privacy-related questions, you may still contact us using the details below.
We do not plan to update this Privacy Policy regularly.
If changes become necessary due to legal, technical, or functional reasons, the updated policy will be made available through the App or our website.
